Villa Golden Palm is situated in the fashionable St Jean area in the north-west, near some of the best beaches on the island. The home is characterised by breathtaking ocean views and the warm-toned woods, stylish ornaments and palm printed patterns further accentuate the breezy beach house feel.

The living area, dining space, and modern kitchen are extremely welcoming, drenched in glorious sunlight and decorated with soothing, simple furnishings. Beautiful golden palm sculptures, a homage to the villa’s name, are dotted around the home. The stunning open-plan interior of the villa flows into the outside area via the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The terrace boasts a multi-levelled infinity pool that wouldn’t look out of place on the cover of a magazine. There are dining tables both inside and out, seating up to ten people, including a sit-up bar which is perfect for creating cocktails.

With its spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, the villa is well suited for a group of friends or large family. The master bedroom is located to the right side of the living area and has a bathtub as well as indoor and outdoor showers. Two more bedrooms, which can be found on the other side of the living room, can be connected together - ideal for a family. The final two beautifully decorated bedrooms are located on the lower level, along with the home gym.
